Larger orders may be posted via other couriers

Order Tracking
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order.
Delays
You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information
Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order has been delayed.
Cancellations
Typically, we do not accept cancellations as all of our items are personalised and made to order. If you get in touch with us as soon as you can by emailing us at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk then we can see if your order has started the design process. If we haven't started then we will of course cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. However, if the process has started then we will not be able to cancel the order.
